Hello!
I hope everyone is doing well. We are starting to feel like this place is more like home. Meeting people and making new friends. Its a slow process. We came in town the beginning of March for Maddy's 18 month checkup. She got lots of shots but is growing well. She is actually very tall for her age. But that's OK! However, this would explain why she is able to climb out of her crib! We had to get a crib tent to go on top of her crib to keep her in it. It actually is a mesh tent that sits on top and we zip her in it every night. Atleast this way she won't break her neck trying to climb out.
We went to Atlanta this past weekend and made it to the second round of the SEC championship. Which State and Ole Miss both ended up losing so it wasn't THAT exciting! Then on Sunday we took Maddy to the new aquarium they have built in Atlanta. It is the largest aquarium in the world! Isn't that crazy? I looked it up because I thought, in the US, maybe... but not the world! But it is! Anyway, it was awesome to be in the same room with whales and sharks and all of the other amazing creatures they have! Madelyn (and her moma and daddy) had a great time. I put some pics on here from February when it snowed. She wasn't all that impressed. And also some pictures from our Atlanta trip!
I am sure we will be in town visiting during the Easter holidays.
We miss you all and would love to hear from you!
Love~
